Hi,
I'm
Lionel
Pillich.

I've learned pretty early that the future is not something you predict, but something you build.

I want our future to be bright. This is why long-term planning (instead of predicting) is the second most important mentality, right after simply doing.

The Company: Today's Focus

ContextMAP

Most AI is built for everyone. That means it's optimised for no one in particular.

ContextMAP builds AI systems and AI models that are the best at solving specific tasks within specific companies, trained on the right context, deployed on sovereign German infrastructure.

Today's focus is the construction mid-market: an open data foundation that unites every project source (calculations, BIM models, contracts, emails, on-site photos) and purpose-trained AI agents that catch each change order the moment it appears, before it turns into a million-euro dispute. The result is not a chatbot. It's a precision tool that understands its exact domain better than any generic model could.

My Plans: Longterm Vision

RoboForge

What we build for enterprise today is the training ground for something much larger.

The same AI intelligence that powers ContextMAP (context-trained, sovereign, precision-built) will animate a new kind of machine: tiny, modular robots that continuously reconfigure themselves, both within each unit and across connected clusters.

Adaptive. Self-organising. Built to operate where humans can't yet reach, including the deep unknown of space.
